Manual Systems are a cause of stress that are easily replaced
All a manual system does is create stress as the first thing the business owner thinks of is finding the time to do what needs to be done before the compliance part of the business even begins. Stress about when, how, moving this to do that. Not to mention the time consumed in these old style systems that worked fantastic back in the 1990’s.
It is an old myth that Bookkeepers are expensive. It is not our services that are expensive, it is the sacrifice of what it is the business owner is giving in order to do the compliance. What is your time worth? If you take 2 hours or 4 hours out of your business each quarter for BAS, how much revenue have you sacrificed?
It is not only the bank reconciliations or the payroll that we look after. Our main asset is implementing systems. We know what works for businesses. We have our own niche and know the areas we shine at. We do it day in, day out. We thrive on it. It is what gets us up and going as we love it. It is our passion, our drive as we are also a small business owner who has tried and tested a lot of systems and have done the hard yards so you don’t have too.
We know what systems a Cafe, Coffee Shop, Road-side food truck or even a restaurant need to implement to go paperless which creates flow and streamlines how the business runs.
The main person we look after is the business owner. We go out of our way to ensure they understand each step they need to take to get to the next process. Who to delegate the workflow too if they haven’t the skill nor the time.
We are running our first workshop targeted at Cafes, Food trucks, coffee shops, restaurants and invite you along to this free event to see what you could implement to make one or 2 steps simpler in you business and earn yourself back some time to spend it doing what you want to be doing, not what you have to be doing. The workshop is being held on Monday 19th February from 4-5pm at our office in Kalamunda.
Contact our office on 08 92933660 if you have any questions or to book a time for a cuppa and a chat to find out how we can help you go paperless.
